    A free 30-minute call about your business, your customers and what the site needs to achieve. You leave with a plan whether or not you hire us.

  2. 02

    Proposal & design

    A fixed quote and timeline, then design concepts for your key pages. We refine the design with you: one revision round on Starter, and up to three design rounds on Business and Commerce.

  3. 03

    Build & review

    We build on a private staging link you can check any time, with weekly progress notes. On Business and Commerce, the finished site then gets a final round of tweaks before launch.

  4. 04

    Launch & support

    We set up your domain (IONOS) and hosting (Netlify) in your name, plus analytics and redirects. After launch you get a walkthrough video and free support: 30 days on Starter, 90 days on Business, six months on Commerce.
